E-mailing games with Chessbase 10

More Chessbase 10 questions:
I'm trying to email a specific game in the database to one of my students.
I select the Game, hit OUTPUT, and then E-mail Game, and get a weird error message which is so long and technical that I can't even paste it here.
So lets just forget that method, and try this:
If I save the game as a PGN file, I can send it as an attachment, but then it adds to my list of databases in the menu and will clutter up my screen eventually unless I delete each PGN file after I've sent it, which is again, tedious.
Solutions?
