Easier way to beat computers

Call me a fool for not knowing this earlier but I realized an easier way to beat computers. Just use a real chess board and move your/ the computer's pieces as shown on screen. I could not beat a chess app I have(chess free on android) at level 6 before but with the board I made it resign after 16 moves on level 7.
