Now if you are trying to win over a chess games and you just can't because you lose to checkmate, well all you have to do is a liitle research on players. Now go to open seecks on online chess, look for a low ranking player (under 1200) to play with. Now you click on a players name, then you will see there profile. Scroll down to there stats on the right side of the page. Look for how many loses the player has. If he has more loses then wins keep scrolling down to see time outs. if the player has a lot of games that were timed out, you have a 50-50 chance of winning on time get your rating up! Its worth a shot!

So you are saying to target opponents with high timeout percentages to increase your chances of gaining points??  Dude that is kind of weak...  It'll suffice if your sole goal in chess is to gain some rating points, but if your goal is to actually improve, this tactic does nothing for you.  You'll still get stomped by players that maybe you should be beating had you actually used your chess time to improve - rather than wasting your time sitting on one side of the board, twiddling your thumbs with a devilish look on your face praying that your opponent would time out.  However if your goal is to simply be a god among the sub 1200 players, well I guess this will work.
