🗿Why'd he get muted?

Idk, but that guy gets muted all the time. Probably because he likes to bring many nice forum posts off the rails to talk about his nonsense. 😂😂

Oof RIP indeed..........

He was making a point.

Einstein was smart in a few areas. That does not mean he is omniscient.

Btw, the poster makes no sense about elon musk. He didn’t say chess was a waste of time, just that it isn’t such an interesting game…

He said that because he is lousy at it. Common.

Chess is beyond our imagination.

It's everywhere. I was born in Vietnam, in a dirt floor house. No TV, no radio, no phone. We get water from the rain stored in large ceramic jars. We killed live chickens. We cook with wood that my grandmother chopped with an ax. When it floods, there were fishes in the house.

It's like I grew up in Little House on the Prairie time.

Worse. My grandmother was illiterate. She can only write an X for her signature.

I made my first Chinese chess set with discarded Coke bottle caps and a brown paper bag.

Rechargeable batteries? That was invented one second ago. Let alone electric cars with rechargeable batteries.

How long has chess been in existence?

How long has rechargeable batteries been in existence?

How long does your I-phone lasts? How many hours before you have to recharge it?

I've got a Jerger wind-up clock that is about 100 years old. I wind it up with my hand and it works.

Rechargeable batteries is just a bleep in the history of the world.

Hello long quach, remember me? Maybe i learned to be smarter, and you too from getting a mute and horribly was beaten by me. Let me make a point of actual Vietnam in my view.

Now i know ur tricks editing my message, so dont try as ur POV will be horribly disproven whatsoever.

I know that chess may be older than everything u listed combined but here i will list the benefits of chess compare so some things.

Chess: around 1500 years

Vaccine for rabies: saved the world, despite younger than chess around 1300 years.

Iphone and other devices, Internet: Spread the information around the world, humans got smarter, they get to know all the knowledge, they now get to know the current information.

Chatgpt, Stockfish and some other AIs: They gave us the best possible answer, they are smart and can be used for subjects you dont know. Its really useful in improving, and it can decipher the real perfect chess.

What chess would bring to you?

In an interview with Magnus Carlsen, he said that he never took an iq test before, and therefore making fans think that he is smart. U are the deceived kids that didnt even look deeply. Even the strongest player in the World didnt admit him being a smart guy and uses his image to trick you and some other kids who think like you. There hasnt been really any record of a chess player doing an iq test and actually smart. All iq assumptions are assumptions not real iq and that scientists are trying to make an image that "Kasparov is the smartest" while it has never been proven with a rightful iq test.

This discussion has led me to this.

Not a dead person, a living person. Someone like an Einstein.

I"m watching this right now.

Why is an astrophysicist hanging around the world chess championship?

Astrophysicist actually has no idea what he is looking and thus he just listens to the chess world on something that is so creative. Plus he is a paid actor, i honestly would yawn on a 1 hour and 30 minute time control trying to do a commentary. He has nothing to do with chess as he will never comprehend what Stockfish or other bots imagine.

Polytopia has capacity to be enjoyable but it can mess you up easily with your starting area and there isn’t actually that much creative freedom as there are only a few ways to play effectively. In chess however, the game is balanced near perfectly and there are many complex types of positions that can be reached. Plus the bots are way better. Stockfish 8 can beat any human on the planet easily (yes I know that stockfish 16 is the newest version) but I could beat the “crazy” difficulty bot after playing a couple of games and getting a basic grasp of the few strategies you can viably use. The game is easy to play and very narrow in its requirement of variation As someone who has played both, chess is the superi

Long quach. Short quack. Whatever it is. Stop trying to prove everyone wrong. Either you become some known great expert on proving everyone's ideas wrong and useless, or you just stop. There is no in-between.

You are simply not the main character. It's not even your forum.
