By the way the penetration depth goes down at higher frequencies (err, at least for non-ionizing radiation). In other words 5G doesn't go as far into the body as 4G... and for that matter not as far as AM and FM radio. For something to hit you through a wall and cause brain damage it's definitely lower frequency than 5G... but it's high power which is what does the damage (unless they shot fking x-rays at him, in which case he might set off a geiger counter).
