Morning Batgirl. Yep, she was certainly a talent!  Alekhine was very complimentary about her, according to 'Chess' magazine, describing her as 'a genius'. after she was the last player to survive against him in a simultaneous exhibition. That was January 22, 1938. The game does not seem to have been preserved.

There is some stuff on her here. http://streathambrixtonchess.blogspot.co.uk/2012/05/old-times-part-three.html Thanks for the article.

Thanks. I had read the Streatham Brixton blog on this while researching for this posting.  BTW, that's one of a handful of truly great chess club blogs.   Curiously, Elaine's opponent is listed as H. Saunders.  Some people take tis to be Harold Saunders, the British master who played during the first half of the 20th century.  Chernev insisted it's Henry Saunders, her father, and the quality of Black's games seems to support that supposition.  The photo I found does show Elaine playing her father which gives further credence.

The R & P ending Elaine eventually lost in the simul that Alekhine gave when she was 11 or 12 is presumably not available anywhere?

You sound like a man on a mission, resurrecting a 3.5 y.o. thread to inquire about an ending unfound.  Is there some pressing reason for your query?

Just came across the anecdote accidentally. Botvinnik - Flohr - Hastings - old film footage - Elaine Saunders-Pritchard and the Alekhine simul.

Relatively few of her games seem to have survived.

I couldn't find any trace of the game, but I did find several clippings:
