I think for an online chess game there should be an exception on a computer signal interference or death due to many reasons, such as a power failure .. so do not immediately think of making mistakes in the rules of the game should be given a chance 2min again to get into chess.com because we play hard but so nearly won the game sudden signal drop out or power failure, but we are trying to immediately go to chess.com but once inside again turns the game is over and we are declared lost .. so I think that that needs ADMIN attention .. thanks
