Chess.com doesn't use the Elo system, but it's close enough. I just started, and after four games, I'm in the high 400s, but I looked at my opponents' history, and it looks like the rating fluctuates a lot. I wouldn't be surprised if, within the next few games, I drop to the mid-100s lol. It seems to be the case that after a nice growth at the beginning, there is an inevitable fall as you get tougher opponents. But maybe you are really good at chess in which case your rating will only go up. Intermediate players have a rating of 1200-1800. If you're good you should be in this range in no time. I personally am rubbish. The only thing I know is how the pieces move, I don't know any openings or endgames. When I win it's because someone made a mistake not because of my strategy lol.

Actually i was 300 elo at the starting of january and decided that i'll be 1000 this year but it's january end and i am already 718 elo.. is it a big growth and if yes. what should be my target in the end of this year.
