"ELO/Rating" accuracy? calculation Method.

I play far more Rapid chess than any other format. And after a year on Chess.com, my Rapid rating is ~450.... that just can't be right. Game Reviews are often 1150 and as high as 1300. Although, not very consistently to be fair....
I played a lot of chess on my PS4 beforehand (Chess Ultra). Contending, for the most part, with online players in the 1500-1600 range. Winning Consistently....
So what am I missing here? Would someone kindly explain to me how this number is derived? How is it calculated? thanks guys 😏👍

Game Review rating estimates should be taken with a grain of salt. They are interesting at times but are not necessarily going to be close to actual strength.
