ELO rating biais control

Hello,
Sometimes I go from 1350 to 1500 and sometimes the opposite. I feel it can be based on my abilities on a particular moment but I also feel that it could be due to a bias in ELO rating of this website.
I am not sure if this is clear enough but can we have information on elo repartition like global percentile or so ?
