Our beloved phase of the game sarcastically

I have realised that how important it is although the realization was pretty late.

Well better late then never.

If newer players are reading this then you might wanna know the importance as well.

• Game plan - Being good at endgames can help you navigate your middlegames well, you'll know what plans to follow to reach your ideal endgame scenario.
• Being good at conversion - Chess games are hard to win especially the games where you are already winning. Imagine not knowing the Queen and king mate and winning the game. Take this analogy into a easy to win endgame and see for yourself.

Now after realizing why endgames are important I would like to know the skills apart from Calculation and Patience it needs to take in order to become good at endgames.

There are plenty of Resources out there so no resources, but I would like to ask the strategy to follow these resources, the do's and don'ts.

And in the end your personal experience with endgames how you got good at it or achieved whatever you current endgame skill is.

This forum could also be treated as Enfgame analysis to the people who are interested in sharing the Endgames they played and want people to analyse it.
