The perception of cheating levels is orders of magnitude more than the actual amount. The vast majority of games and players are clean.

I am so tired of playing obvious cheats. I want to filter out people who have a rating less than 1100 within the last 6 months. This is pathetic, I play players that cycle between 1300 and 900 and back to 1300 in a 3 month period. This is bull. You can beat a 900 or even 1000 easily. But they are kicking my ass on the clock and play. Then on review of the game they are coming up as playing as 1800 rating or higher. How are these people not caught? Clearly cheat programs will play to not get caught by adding in error moves. When I put the game into AI, it catches these people.
