No, he would say something like this. I should only look at the position after first move of the game when I'm making my move, because looking at the current position would be silly.
OH!!!!!!! rich has a higher rating by FOUR!!! Ryan is improving and has gotten up to 1600 at one point. He is currently on a slump and his rating has suffered. Ryan will soon be a really good player. Due to the fact that you have absolutely no reasoning skills, 1400 should be about your peak rating.

Rich, look at the strength of people you play. Your average is 1218. You usually lose to anybody with a rating the same as yours. Ryan plays much harder opponents. Heck, if I played enough 500 rated players, I could get my rating up to 3000. Does that mean I am stronger than anybody else? No, I just have played easy opponents enough times.
