This happened with me and one of my regular opponents. One or both of you changed your settings, i'm betting.
Go to 'Settings' and then 'Daily Chess' (and/or 'Live Chess') and make sure the rating range for challenges isn't interfering. Make sure your buddy does the same.
If that doesn't work (or if you've already tried it -- and it sounds like you might have), the other way i've gotten around it is to challenge them via another avenue.
I can't remember how i did it exactly, but i went to their profile and challenged them from there, or created a custom challenge from the home page, or something like that.
Hi all.
I use my iPhone app to play on chess.com. However I have just tried to have a rematch with a player I have had a number of games with but I now get a popup message saying "Error: Min rating too low."
Anybody else had this, or know how to get around it. We are both only just above the 1500 rating mark and I have tried changint the ratings range but I still get the message.
Thanks in advance if anybody can help with this....
