Yes quite a few actually. I actually beat IM Richard Wang when he was still in the low 2300's.
Ever beaten 2222+ elo rated player in an OTB?.

I beat a player who later reached 2450 FIDE... although he was only 11 years old when I played him.
My big moment in the sun was a clock-exhibition game with Mikhail Tal in 1988, when he was ranked 4th in the world and had just won the World Blitz Championship a day or two before. We drew the game. He was just lucky.

In an over the board uscf game I beat someone who has beaten the world champ [and the person I beat was more than 2222+ elo]

I beat a CM OTB, which is 2200 right?
It was a very nice game actually, I sacced a knight and won in about 16 moves.
My only other titled scalps have been online, all blitz though, so not really significant.

I beat a 2300 elo rated player. I beat him up.
blueemu, that's nothing. I actually won a game against Paul Morphy, and just edged a game against Greco.

GM Bisguier however most of my chess experience has been with correspondence play,,have not played a rated USCF game for 39 years as I prefer correspondence or I should say I did prefer correspondence as it has changed so much now with chess engines.
[for those interested see my current newspaper ad I think it is in oldtimers column]
Well till date the day haven't arrived but i am sure i'll make it up someday. Well i will really enjoy glacing him making faces and that will be very very damn exciting moment!!!..
