Every bot game I play is too hard or too easy and playing online is also very difficult, it's like nothing I play will improve my skills and I can't find anything else, anybody wanna help?

Try adding a few more friends around your level and ask if they want to play regularly. Their different playstyles should help and give you a more balanced game if you don't like playing against the bots.
