Every hour I play, I get disconnected by chess.com twice on average...what is causing this?

My connection is flawless. I play online video games and on lichess and ZERO issues.
But here on this site, disconnect disconnect over and over and I see it happening to other people too!!
This matters as I play bullet a lot lol.
Is this poor network code or something from chess.com?? Why don't they make it so you don't lose points whenever they disconnect you?!?!?

The site doesn't disconnect you, but there is a connection issue somewhere from either the client side or between you and the site. Disconnects count for rating, because if they didn't, people could do it on purpose to keep from losing any rating.
