You should have received an email on the address associated with the account with your options. One of those is an appeal. That is the only possibility of getting the account restored but the vast majority of appeals are not granted as the site doesn't close accounts unless they are extremely certain

The email address associated with the closed account should have received information about the closure and the options available.

You can use the support tool in the menu and if it doesn't offer to transfer to staff, try something like contact an agent

Untrue, they've even kept the same avatar as I set for that account. And no this website doesn't rename original accounts, or I'd be plain rich like I used to be. But Force-Ghost means I've come back, but then again maybe I shouldn't have .... You need to get you're facts right.
Contact support about the issue. You could also reopen your @Rich account if you let them know.

The site does rename accounts. Premium members can request inactive usernames and it used to be that anyone could do that

I know how it works and what's possible. I'm not saying that's what happened in this case but it does happen. It's also true that an account doesn't doesn't get reopened unless requested and the person requesting it has to have the same email address associated with the account or have other information to prove it belonged to them.

Was there any reason that my alt RonPerez123 got banned? Because i haven't played for two days in that acc and i played some games. Then when i was playing with a friend POOF! gone. Can you please do something about this???
If you look at the profile it will give you the general closure reason with a link to an article explaining that closure type
