recently I have been facing quote a lot time trouble. that too in 1 hr plus 30 secs incriment games. I lost two matches because of this. I build up a strong position in middlegame but in the end can't win because of less time like 3 mins or less. plz help me out

Timing is something many people have to work hard to get right, not just in chess. For instance, it takes a lot of work to get distance running right. Keep at it. You will improve eventually.
