What is the violation against fair play that chess.com is crediting me?

You played someone who cheated. They refund your rating losses and send you a msg. It happens

They use computers (computers have become better than humans at playing chess)

Use computers? How? run a shadow game. I self analyzed most of my games and found some lower rated players mirroring almost to a move the correct response to my moves, maybe coincidence. Being new to chess I found it curious that some players were so good and I was so bad.
