Fair Play violation

Hey thanks for reading this

So im very confused as to why my account “AverageKnightHater” was closed for a fair play violation. I dont think chess.com even takes a look at their support emails because i have emailed them before and no response. I emailed them 5 days ago about this and im appealing yet I have no response. Any help?

As you may have seen in other emails about support response, they have been swamped because of the surge in new users and the server problems which arose in January. While the server problems appear to be under control, a backlog of support requests remains. Themonthly reportdetailed how they handled nearly twice their usual volume for support request in February.

I encourage you to be patient. You will receive an answer.

Hey

I really like the fact that I got a moderator to reply to me. What im upset about though is how i was accused of violating the fair play policy. May you please review some of my games and see if there is a slight reason as to why they think i cheated? My account name is AverageKnightHater. Bots wouldnt hate knights because they dont blunder knight forks.

Moderators don't decide about fair play issues. There are people who work as a fair play team. Role of a mod is to moderate a forum more or less.

You will have to wait for the support's response. It may take them a week or 2. Oh and they will probably close this topic as cheating discussion is generally not allowed here.

That is correct. Moderators have nothing to do with fair play decisions.
