I really do not want these rating adjustments not earned.  Is there any recourse to the Admins?

I don't know what he did. If I knew then perhaps I would feel differently.

Doesn't matter what he did. He did it and it may've cost you. So you were compensated. I'm sure it's happened there was suspected cheating but it wasn't proven. They got the benefit of the doubt and the points maybe earned by foul play stayed with them.

Well thank you both for your comments. I'm still puzzled in that if he did not cheat in my game with him yet I was compensated. Maybe I'll just stick to enjoying this sire!
