Cheater got unbanned

Hi my name is Chris. Few days ago my opponent lets call him X was banned for violating our Fair Play Policy although I have not reported him. I made further investigation and found out that he created fake account Y. And played many "fake games" in order to get rating points. He started a game between X and Y and resigned from Y after about 4 moves. He played more than 25 "fake games" and got about 175 points of rating. As stated in rules: "In many "first time abuser" cases, we offer a chance for admission and apology. If this is given, we will sometimes allow the opening of a new account; however, never is a user convicted of Fair Play abuse allowed to open the same account again" -- this is what I found in your rules.
. However his account was recently opened. Btw this account has premium. So I am wondering maybe a premium can buy an amnesty on chess.com. I know that this topic will be locked soon so if you are curious ask me here or in private messages and I will send you his main and fake accounts. P.S. I can't write this in cheating forum as this account is new!
