If you are being restricted, you have two remaining playing options: a) play against chess.com friends, and b) accept direct challenges made to you from another player. Playing enough games like these fairly will ultimately result in your full playing privileges being restored.
Can anyone advise me how to access fairplay games. After a couple of games where I have declined no games I have been shut out. Can anyone advise what I can do as I cannot seem to find any moderator to contact.
