It is impossible for the site to know why someone disconnects and has their games end in abandonment. If it doesn't happen very often, you have nothing to worry about. If you read the warning, it says "may have" not will have.

I just got nicked for going against their fair play doctrine, which I didn't! My computer froze twice, costing me a game each time and, I suppose, causing the other side to wait. This is just plain unfair! Any of you have the same problem?
