Fairplay Attack on chess.com?

I have noticed predominately in the past week, every day at some point I get matched vs a new Indonesian account that has streaks of winning 40+ games in a row with 95%+ accuracy. I have reported 4 so far and all 4 have been banned. I ran into another today and luckily I recognized this and aborted. I saw their last game vs a GM they had 99.4% accuracy. I am sure this has spewed out of the whole Levy controversy and I am guessing this is the same person, or same couple people making account after account to do this (and would not be surprised if they are not Indonesian at all and are just playing off the whole Levy controversy). Is there anything that can be done to be proactive to stop this player(s) from creating accounts every day? Sure they get banned eventually but generally not until they play 100+ games cheating people out of the joy of playing other human players.

The site isn't going to stop the ability of an area of the world from making accounts, something that is easy to bypass anyway.
