You’re not allowed to make public accusations… its against the rules. Also, you shouldn’t be swear at this website (you said the b-word. Instead, you should have reported the bug/lag to chess.com.

I am an IT guy, my routers are better than good. It only occurs on my phone connected via Wi-Fi and only on the chess.com Android app, no issues on desktop computers at all. There is always a possibility of some accidental jamming from some bugged devices, but the chance of such things going only when I am using chess.com would be extremely low.

It's like, I am making a move, waiting for my opponent's move, then I reconnect and find out that my move wasn't posted and I've lost a minute for free in a blitz game, very weird.

Ohh this problem common in app. I play on app and sometimes it happens with me too! But I don't lose a minute tho, i lose like 15 to 30 seconds in total (yeah it's not consecutive/one time lag it happens through sections of the game)

I've noticed the phone app registers moves slower than the website itself.

So I don't play on my phone if time is an issue (such as bullet) - because even though I can physically play faster on the phone (due to touchscreen), the speed of play is slower on the app (for Android, at least), and you'll flag more often because of it.
