Let's say you are in a G/3 blitz game, your opponent is losing badly on the board, then suddenly he points at the chess clock insenuating that your time ran out and you still have 9 seconds to play, and that you claimed false time claim for the win, and tells you that he was just point a fly buzzing around (funny there was no fly), did he lose the game or did you win through false time claim. Actually this opponent does not really follow chess rules by the way.
