Yes, I will start playing longer time control, right now I feel like wasting my time playing 1 minute time control. 2 longer games a day should work better than 40 mindless bullet.

That's the slowest way lol slow chess=slow progress unless beginner completely
The fastest way is to grind 10|0 and 3|0 like Tyler one
And ask yourself "what does my opponents peice do when it moves to that square ?
Does it threaten, attack ,etc
Also try to ask can I take anything lookfore
Checks captures attacks
Then anything else if you don't see anything

You can't until you try the attempt is what matters ...
I wait until elon musk invents something where i download chess into brain
Btw @Rodgy I'm curious how do you beat 2200 players im having a tiny bit of trouble figuring that out

Btw @Rodgy I'm curious how do you beat 2200 players im having a tiny bit of trouble figuring that out
so basically there is 3 ways to beat 2200 players, the first way is by winning on time so its when your opponents clock hits 0, the second way is win by checkmate which is when your opponent is in check but doesnt have any legal moves, and the last way is for your opponent to resign.

Hi, I want to be a 2000 here so that players take me more seriously. [,..]
Great goal, bad motivation.
You should try to be good at chess because you love the game and its fun to be good at chess, or maybe because you want to be a professional chessplayer. Not because there are some people around who dont take you seriously unless you have some X rating.
