Probably the one I’ve had the most fun with lately has been the Ponziani, but I’m a big fan of opening theory. Used to play King’s Gambit a lot to be edgy, that’s always fun. I play offbeat openings against most things.
With black, I love the Budapest gambit (though if white’s feeling particularly boring you get little from it)
