KingsCrusher is the OG best. Gothem is now the consistent best, Has a great variety with a range of different levels targeted.

I think Igor smirnov is very good to learn from. His site is called Remote Chess Academy. I don't study or play much anymore but if I ever did restart I'd learn from that guy.
Oh yeah, as the post above said, Nelson Lopez is good too.

It's not about who's the better player either. It's about being able to express ideas in a way that the student can absorb/understand/use & not everyone can do that effectively. A 2200 player might be a far better teacher than a 2600.
I always liked Jeremy Silmans books, I wish he had a youtube channel or videos.
