You can take a break from chess because it might be stressful. I'm stuck at 1100 elo lol. If you really want to play chess, than you should study different styles like attacking, defending, tactical, dynamic, etc. You could use those strategies to beat more players
Can’t improve my chess skill…

Hello guys, umm…ok, so, I wasn’t really serious with chess until the end of 2022, before I was just playing for fun, then I became a great attacker, playing really crazy and winning so many games, it was all good until…this year, I got down and down, I am having fear playing chess; when I play with people lower rating than me, I have fear of losing; when I play with people higher rated than me, I feel afraid of that number; when I play with people who have the same (or more or less the same) rating as me, I’ve afraid of losing because I should win since I’m better than my rating. And I’m not improving…
What can I do?
Same with me here .. but you shouldn't lose your focus cuz if u think bout that in a game you can easily blunder if u don't then the opponent will blunder. Or you should try playing in other websites as a low elo (undercover ofc) and improve your skills then get back on this site (for eg.(Chesskid, Chess club,Master chess etc)

When we played 2 games of daily960, I thought that you started playing 2009. Haha, I didn't realize you were born that year.
I don't look at ratings that much, but feel fear when the time limit is low and the time is ticking. I tend to panic in fast games and start making mistakes. There is many types of fear in chess. Some might fear OTB-games with weird, angry looking opponents and tipping over pieces with shaky hands. Some might fear the exhaustion that comes from long games and traveling.
I'm sure you will keep improving at your age. But the plateaus might be harsh at some point. Often it doesn't help to focus on the fear itself, but rather focus on the aspects of your play. If you learn new skills your rating will go up eventually, and if you learn from your mistakes, your rating will grow in the long run. There are ups and downs, but there will be development if you learn to visualize new tactics and grasp more end game theory.
If you want to get better, but chasing rating makes you nervous, read more books, practice studies, learn new openings. Focus on the deeper understanding of the game and unlock abilities. The rating will go up in the long run.

you can also try joining more clubs to socialize and feel ok about ur chess skills
Socializing is very important in many ways.
Playing for a team or club might change the issue because it would be no longer about personal rating, but for example about fighting for 1/2 points to make the team win a match. Some great players shine at olympics or other team events because it is no longer personal. Some other players can't handle the social pressure and they underperform.
Most important aspect in team games might be the analytical feedback you get after the games. If there is a whole team focused on your game, they will point out your mistakes, and it might feel bad, but you will remember to not repeat that mistake ever again. And if you win, you will feel great and also remember that game.
You are clearly very talented to make that high rating at your age so I'm sure you would be eventually invited to play in great events with high level opponents.

"having fear" "fear of losing" "I feel afraid" "afraid of losing" ++ Fear is no good. It hinders clear thinking. A bit of anxiety is good to avoid careless play, but do not let fear cripple your brain. It is normal to lose about as many games as you win, otherwise you play too weak opponents. Each loss is a lesson, take it. Analyse your lost game and learn from your mistakes.
"I’m better than my rating" ++ Why do you think so? Your rating reflects your strength.
"I’m not improving" ++ Key to improve is to analyse your lost games.
"What can I do?" ++ Analyse your lost games.
Hi!
here are three things that helped me raise my USCF OTB rating from around 2100 to 2390.
1. Analyze my tournament games, especially the losses, in depth.
2. study the games of Anatoly Karpov. I know that he is not as exciting a player as Fischer or Kasparov. However, he had the knack of putting his pieces on the right squares. It may not have been apparent why the piece should be on a certain square. But 8 or 10 moves later he was right.
3. I started playing correspondence chess and so looked in depth at my ongoing games.
by the way, when I made this rating jump, I lived in an area that did not have higher rated players (and this was before the internet), so I had to study on my own. If you are in an area with 2400+ players, you should see if you can find a coach.
good luck.

Lol looking at risky wins is also helpful but looking at losses in more detail (usually they have more mistakes ) is important tbh what helped me to increase from 2000-2300(right now 2100 ) was a bit of patients and greater tactical sense learning how pieces move is also very handy in blitz which can translate to more wins in rapid and otb but sometimes playing style can get in the way for blitz players (you have to change it up sometimes in classical and otb ) so you have to be careful in that
