Fed up with chess.com

Getting sick and tired of the 'Oops...please refresh' and 'server down' malarkey, it seems to be happening every five minutes making playing and solving puzzles very frustrating. Game review now seems to be hit and miss also. If all this is due to increased traffic, then chess.com need to take some time out, get their house in order, and better serve their current members - many of whom, like myself, have paid for the privilege - before taking on new sign-ups. 

they're actively working on it. for me, its been better than the past two days at least.

Your money is going to be used to fix the problem. I know you're not getting what you paid for, but your premium really helps. Maybe premium members should be prioritized until things get better. FYM.
