In Italian, ch makes a strong k sound, so fianchetto is pronounced something like "fee-an-keTTo" with the double tts adding emphasis as well.

Fyan Ketto, Fion Keyto or something never found out what it was but I knew what it was on the board. Today, I saw my engine calling this position “fianchetto” an Italian world which you would pronounce something like “Feiaansheto” in English.
