Fide Chess Arena and bots

I am really fed up with bots on Fide Chess Arena. Almost all of the players I have played against have been bots which is really frustrating. To pay almost €50 per year to play against bots is really a rip-off in broad daylight!
They are not real at all. They are chess bots with fake profile photos with elo 1100-1300 who play like 2000 elo players. There might be a very few real players but mostly are bots from my experience!
