FIDE doesn't know how to do math?

In the candidates 2024 website:

Vaishali has 2/4 points not 1.5/4 and she is tied for 3rd not tied for 5th.

Is FIDE not good at math or is something wrong?

It's probably a case of bad programming when setting up the cross table or incorrect data entry when entering in the results of that round.
