FIDE is the real and and the only one proper and legal fedaration...it's like FIFA in football...It's ridiculous and unfair to compare it with any other chess site...I am chess player for 30 years and I've got FIDE account since then...but I was always enjoy to play in other platforms and if you do not pay FIDE you will not be worlwide recognised and you will be able to play just 20 games per day and you cannot play premoves...FIDE are for proffesionals, I am thinking to give them 50 euros but I am playing chess only for my pleasure and not for recognition while I already got 2012 traning ELO...It is pointless to enroll if you do not want to be to the real world tournaments...
fide online arena not worth it

An online title is a waste. Its also a slap in the face to those that have put in the work to acheive a real OTB title.
