FIDE rating question

Ok, few weeks ago I took part in a tournament and performed horribly - 3/9. The thing is I won 2 games against unrated beginners and one because my opponent didn't show up. I lost all of the rest... I know, terrible. But my question is... hypothetically, if you lose all your games in a tournament, are the games taken into consideration? Because my tournament wasn't (I'm happy because I would have lost a lot of rating points). The other players have their rating changed since 1st of September but mine is the same and it says I played 0 games in August, although I played 9. Does anybody know anything about this? Please answer only if you know.

Games against unrated opponents don't change your rating. (And it seems they are not even counted in how many games you played because I cannot find one of my opponents who did not have a rating) If you played against rated players it should have changed your rating.

You have to score at least 0,5 point in 3 games against RATED opponents (and after 5 games you will have a rating), and only if you playied not forfeit, so don't worry.

If you are rated, all games are considered.
