What is fide rating .. How can i make my Fide rating ?? 

The Fédération Internationale des Échecs or World Chess Federation is an international organization that connects the various national chess federations around the world and acts as the governing body of international chess competition. To gain a FIDE rating, you must become a member of the organization (based on nationality and a nation's commitment to the organization) and play in tournaments in order to change that rating, based on your performance against other players.

You might want to explain how to join the organization, and explain more about the role of member federations. This kind of information is not so easy to come by online for FIDE as opposed to, say the USCF

In your case, you don't join FIDE but USCF (which is connected to FIDE) (as an Italian join the FSI or a French the FEE)
