blitz on here is probably the closest to an otb rating from what ive seen...but only one way to really know what a persons rating is and thats to play otb...most people take online ratings way too seriously

Is the correlation between FIDE/USCF ratings known? Curious. My chess.com blitz rating is hanging very near my (very) old USCF ratings while chessclub.com (a site known to have widespread rating deflation) calculates a full rating class lower.
