'Above all else, before playing in competitions a player must have regard to his health,
for if he is suffering from ill-health he cannot hope for success. In this connection the best of all tonics is 15 to 20 days in the fresh air, in the country.' - Botvinnik

Fischer used to imbibe apple juice through his games you could do that...

not only that but also once a Grandmaster said "A brain without sugar is not a brain". The great Yugoslav Gligoric used to eat chocolate through his games, you could also try that....

A most importantly try solving Puzzles which increases your Pattern Recognition....

For a few days before the tournament you should relax! Don't try to frantically cram new knowledge into your head. Do some tactical puzzles every day to keep sharp, but simpler puzzles are better, since you also want to build confidence! You're not going to drastically change your chess level in a few day, but you can help make sure you play at the top of your current level
