It's always fun to touch the piece that will make the winning move. Then, if they make a fuss, you move it and win the game.

I think I might be having my first tournament in a little over a week, and I was wondering if there's any "practical" things I should know. Like what's the right way to offer a draw, and if I touch a piece do I have to move it, etc.? Thanks! - Greg
