Fischer chess, 960?

I started a thread recently asking if chessdotcom was going to bring 960 to live chess.  It seems like this might one day happen.   Anyway, this got me thinking...

As fischer is said to have invented 960 (as an improvement on "shuffle chess") from the 1800's, I was wondering if there are any examples of him actually having played it?  I read a wiki article saying that he'd played GM Leko, but couldn't find anything beyond that.  Anyone know the skinny on this??
