Chessmetrics has a chart on historic chess players and their Elo during their peak 3 years, adjusted for Elo inflation. Fischer is ranked #2 (Kasparov is #1) with an Elo of 2867. Alekhine is #6 with an Elo of 2841. So it would be a close match with Fischer edging a win against Alekhine if the match were at least 12 games due primarily to his superior opening knowledge. If Alekhine had a couple of years to prepare and could stay off the sauce I think it would be a toss up but Fischer would still be the favorite.

Such questions are senseless. Just enjoy games of these legends and dońt make irrelevant constructions.
I had the "Chessmaster" personalities "Alekhine" and "Fischer" play a 12 game match and although Fischer won Alekhine scored some nice wins.
