They have some sort of ratio based on the number of games you have aborted or disconnected from. You must have done it too often.
If I understand correctly, you now have been put in a special pool with people in the same situation. Looking at your archive, it appears that most games end in less than 10 moves. It must be very unpleasant.
If you stop aborting and disconnecting, your ratio will eventually move back below the threshold.
