Correspondence is very very different to OTB chess, and there is no time rigging (there is vacation time, and the rules with that can make it look like time rigging but in reality, there is none).
If you prefer the style of OTB chess and completing a game in one sitting, then if you go to Live chess, there you can play games from 1 minute to 2+ hours.
