If you haven't done anything wrong, don't worry about it. For various reasons both legal, and practical, they aren't going to tell you what they suspect.

Usually pops up if you abort too many games or if you disconnect or abandon games.

Thank you. Sometimes the connection here is disconnected by the internet provider for a couple of minutes in some indefinite times and I lost those plays because its considered as abandoned games by chess.com
