for chesscom staff to take notice and pls take action

i am just wondering my rating is stuck up to 1619 on line games,win or loss same rating is 1619 for my past games.may i request that chesscom staff to take notice and make some corrections please.

i have won 2 consecutive games on my last game on on line  with the same opponent .my rating did not improve is the game unrated when it shows he has rating

Yeah, they were probably unrated games.

I saw your online chess games. Your last 2 games againt philliethegreat were won on time in 2 and 3 moves each. If you win by timeout with less than 4 moves being played, your rating is not affected.

i won on time against ts2000 rated 1756, i wonder if this is unrated games . the tournament does not show its unrated game .my win did not make an increase in points.,even for winning in time.

i won on norod on time .theres no increase in winning points.pls. comment

Has anyone else experienced a "connection interruption" during a game?  It only happens when playing a live game.  My internet service is fine,and no problems with any other sites.

Sorry, but the Internet connection is the problem is the connection interruption your saying.
