Force the king to capture?

Yes, I'm in a game where my opponent has only his king and his only legal move is to capture a knight on the h-file, and I walk my king down and mate him like my queen is a rook, for the hell of it.  My question is, can he refuse to capture and claim a draw?

He absolutely cannot refuse to move and claim a draw. This is a won game for white. Your opponent can either move and get mated in a few moves or resign. No other options present themselves.

That's cool then, appreciate the responses. I was startin' to sweat it a little.

I figured I was okay on the 33(?) move rule since I just moved a pawn, but could see someone claiming a draw and say you can't force a capture.
