Hey everybody! For those of you that hasn't seen my new forum post I want to make clear that I no longer offer free coaching. This is because I had so many requests making it completely impossible for me to help everyone. I now coach people for 15 dollars per hour.

I go through openings, middle game, end game, tips and tricks, basic strategy development and more.

SEE, I always had a liking for chess, but I am just starting out. I have just even signed in chess.com. So, I would like to know how to basically start learning chess. And also how the ranking system work?

I would love to have a coach. I can do Skype, but Discord is preferable. 

I would like to be coached because I'm thinking about joining my high school chess club but I don't have messenger/Skype :)

Just out of curiosity, what makes Discord better than Skype? This is the first time I hear of it.
